Calcium.  If you take a calcium/magnesium supplement each day, it should help curb the sick feeling. Calcium must be taken with Magnesium as a 2 to1 ratio (for example: 1000 milligrams of Calcium/ 500 milligrams of Magnesium). This is because magnesium helps your body absorb the calcium. Chewable calcium, or fizzy calcium are 2 ways to take it. It is said that if taken before bed, it may neutralize stomach acids better.


Candy. Hard candy has helped many women. Sour candy, Jolly Ranchers, Lemon Heads. Organic sources are listed in the back.


Chiropractor.
  Keep your body in optimum health and balance by including chiropractic care in your preventative health maintenance plan.  It may deter the nausea from being that much worse when spine is aligned correctly.


Chlorophyll. Liquid. 1 tablespoon per 8 oz. glass of water. For micronutrients.


Cleansing. Is nausea from built up toxins in your system? I highly recommend cleansing before pregnancy as it does help to aid your liver in fighting off any present toxins.


Coconut Oil. Therapeutic dose 2-3 Tbsp./day.  Mix in with something else (organic applesauce?), or let it dissolve in your mouth a little at a time. Drizzle or spread on anything and everything. (Read, “Coconut Cures,” by Bruce Fife).


Cola Syrup, Coca-Cola. Some women take this to feel better. You may want to try it as a cold slushy. Try healthier soda alternatives first.

Crackers (or any bland food). For lesser degrees of nausea. Using bland foods as part of a remedy line-up should be tried, but it isn’t something that works alone in more severe cases. In fact, they can even be dangerous as they may choke the dehydrated woman on the way back up. In HG circles, being offered crackers is really disheartening and, has garnered its own term, called being “crackered.”  I once called my doctor desperate for help in the midst of a 24/7 throwing up cycle.  I hardly had strength enough to hold the phone. After conveying my situation to the receptionist she casually threw out, “Try soda crackers!”  I couldn't believe I was hearing this. “What!?, She really thinks that a few soda crackers will make this whole miserableness instantly be gone and I just hadn’t heard of this valuable info before?” I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry - I think I did both.
